If you are also taking advantage of PM Kisan Yojana and you have not received the installment, then it is possible that your e-KYC work has not been completed. This is the reason for the installment getting stuck.

At the same time, if Aadhaar is not linked to your bank account, then also you will not get its benefits.

Farmers who have not got their land verified may also not have received the installment.

If the DBT option is turned off in your bank account, then money will not be transferred to your account. So get it turned on.
