After the defeat of the Congress in the Haryana Assembly, former Haryana Minister and OBC Cell President Ajay Singh Yadav had resigned from the primary membership of the Congress Party, accusing the party of neglecting the backward classes. On the second day of his resignation, he attacked the leaders around Rahul Gandhi and said that the leaders around him have kept him away from the workers.

While resigning, he had written that the party treated him badly. He is disappointed with the party high command. The decision to leave the party was very difficult for him, because he and his family had been associated with the party for the last 70 years.

Captain Ajay Singh tweeted again on social site X on Friday. He wrote, I believe in self-respect, because it is not important to hold a position, but what is important is how much you can do for the party without any hindrance.

Factionalism kept Rahul away from party workers

He said, I joined Congress in 1988, when talks used to take place with party leaders. The conversation continued till late Rajiv Gandhi and even Sonia Gandhi, but recently it is around Rahul Gandhi, including senior leaders.

He further wrote, someone insults his father's colleague, being the son of a big leader is not his fundamental right. I cannot compromise with my self-respect and anyone who tries to pretend that everything he says is the Bible is living in a utopia and is unfortunate for that oldest party.

Congress has lost in Haryana elections

After the defeat of Congress in Haryana Assembly elections, Ajay Yadav is fiercely targeting the party leaders. He has advised the party leaders to introspect the failure.

Let us tell you that Congress has suffered a crushing defeat in the Haryana Assembly elections. Before the elections, it was being said that Congress would return to power, but it has been very disappointed by the elections and BJP has come to power in the state for the third time. CM Nayab Singh Saini took oath as the new CM of the state on Thursday. At the same time, the Congress Legislature Party meeting was held on Friday itself. In this meeting, the proposal to leave the decision of election of the Congress Legislature Party leader to the high command was passed unanimously.
