The accused Jigar alias Ziyad kept winning the trust of the victim by sending her pictures to Hindu religion. Then both of them fell in love and met each other. During this time, relations developed between them and objectionable photographs were also taken.

The accused resorted to blackmailing the victim and started telling the minor that she would have to become a Muslim to get married. Because his name is not Jigar but Ziyad alias Sameer Shaikh.
