eat healthy sargi
1.Eat fruits- Eat watery fruits like oranges, cucumbers and melons in Sargi. These fruits release hydration slowly, which will keep you hydrated throughout the day.

2. Curd- You can eat curd. Curd not only hydrates but also keeps the intestines healthy.

3.Oats- Oats absorb water and can provide hydration when eaten with milk or curd. Therefore, you can include oats in sargi.

4. Chia Seeds- Soak these seeds in water or milk overnight and eat them by mixing them with oats or curd in sargi. If you want, you can also make smoothie and drink it.

Coffee- Before fasting, minimize the consumption of tea or coffee, because it causes the problem of frequent urination, which dehydrates the body.
