experienced a significant presenter shakeup when one of its stars was missing from the famous TV studios.

Fans who love the 24hour news channel woke up to quite the surprise on Monday (October 21) when hosted the show alongside a familiar face.

The 64-year-old broadcaster usually presents the morning show alongside the brunette beauty from Monday to Wednesday.

But for the first instalment this week, the silver fox was accompanied by fellow presenter Anne Diamond, who has been a regular face on GB News since 2022.

The dynamic duo sat down to discuss the latest headlines, from the struggles in the NHS to the protests made during the King's speech.

Eamonn's new co-host was a welcomed change for viewers, who flooded to the comments to welcome Anne online. One user penned: "Good morning Anne, Eamonn and all and wishing you everyone a lovely day. Anne love your outfit and nice to see you on with Eamonn."

Another agreed: "Eamonn seems so much happier working alongside Anne... good match" as a third echoed: "Eamonn seams a lot calmer today, is it because Anne is beside him and not Isabel?"

While Isabel's absence wasn't explained, it is likely she could be taking a break from her busy schedule. It comes after the TV presenter admitted one health struggle left her fearful earlier this month.

Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-two confessed that she has recently been suffering from back pain so intense that she's reluctant to use an exercise bike in case it makes things worse.

In an emotional message to her adoring followes, she revealed: "Back SUPER bad at the moment, L5 disc issues." The journalist shaned a snap of herself dressed head-to-toe in workout gear as she pulled her tresses up into a high ponytail.

Insisting that she'd managed a "light" workout session on her home bike, she added: "Was scared to get on the peloton but wanted to have a go 'to see' and ended up doing 25 minutes.

"Just a light workout - but so happy I could do it." The L5 disc, also known as the lumbosacral joint, functions to protect the spine's nerves and vertebrae from sudden impact.

If damaged, it can cause numbness and weakness in the legs, along with a sharp shooting pain stretching down the buttocks, legs and toes.

According to the NHS, lumbar depression surgery is available for some patients to help relieve pressure on the spinal cord and nerves.
