The autopsy report of renowned British singer Liam Payne has been released revealing the cause of his death.
The former member of the famous band One Direction, 31-year-old Liam Payne died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina on the night of October 16.
According to foreign media reports, the Buenos Aires police received a call reporting that a person was severely under the influence of drugs and alcohol. When the police arrived at the hotel, they were informed that a loud noise had been heard from the hotel courtyard after which Liam’s body was found.
Fans were saddened by the death of their favourite singer and many paid tribute to him outside the hotel in Argentina where he died.

The autopsy report indicates that Liam Payne’s death was caused by the fall from the third floor of the hotel. The report states that the 31-year-old singer suffered multiple internal and external injuries that led to his death.
The report also notes that Liam was in a state of unconsciousness at the time of his fall and two women were present in his room.
