Who should not eat fiber rich foods: Fiber, commonly found in roughage, grains and other nutritious foods, is an important part of our diet. It has many health benefits, like improving digestion, reducing cholesterol and preventing many other health problems. However, it is not beneficial for everyone, although some people may have trouble with it. Many health experts and dietitians believe that some people do not need a lot of fiber and consuming it may worsen their health. Let us know from Dr. Imran Ahmed who are the people who should eat limited amount of fiber.

Do not eat fiber rich foods in case of these problems

1. Irritable Bowel Syndrome Patients:

Foods containing excessive fiber are not good for people with irritable bowel syndrome, as they cannot digest this nutrient properly, leading to increased intestinal problems.

2. Patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

People with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis need less fiber than healthy people. If they eat these types of foods in excess, it will damage the intestines.
