Arsenal could be without 6 players for huge Liverpool clash amid Bukayo Saka latest

Liverpool and Arsenal both have matches to take care of midweek before attention can turn to the weekend's clash at the Emirates, but each will be after the likes of Bukayo Saka and in recent appearances.

While is likely to offer an update on Jota later today, Saka was missing from the Arsenal open training session that took place on Monday ahead of the Gunners hosting Shakhtar Donetsk. That would suggest that he is likely to miss the midweek game with the hamstring issue he picked up while playing for England, with the countdown until the weekend very much on.

Jurrien Timber was not spotted in the open training session either even though he is close to a return to action after his latest setback, while Martin Odegaard is still sidelined. The Norwegian hasn't played a minute since the end of August as he recovers from a more long-term injury.
