At present, the forest department team has taken the dead body of the black deer in its possession and kept it in the veterinary hospital of the capital for post-mortem. DFO Prakripya Bharati has identified this deer as Krishna Marga. He said that it is also called black buck or black deer. This deer was found in a field near Barkheda Salan village. This area is not a forest area. Seeing the dead body of a black buck in the field, the farmer informed the forest department. After this, the Forest Department team reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. DFO did not rule out the possibility of hunting of this deer. Said that nothing can be said exactly about the bullet mark right now.

He said that everything will be clear only in the post mortem report. According to DFO Popular Bharati, there are many injury marks on the deer's carcass. It cannot be said right now whether these injuries were caused by hunting or by falling. Therefore, the Forest Department team is waiting for the post mortem report. He told that after the post-mortem, the deer will be cremated as per the wildlife manual. He told that people often hunt black deer for smuggling.
