Healy clearly doesn’t want Warner to come out of retirement to work for BGT

Nov. 23 in New Delhi Ian Healy, a legendary wicketkeeper for Australia, said that he doesn’t think David Warner should come out of retirement to start the scoring for Australia in the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against India. He also said that the coaches should focus on future players.

Warner, who quit international cricket after this year’s Men’s T20 World Cup in June, told Australian media that he was ready to come out of retirement for the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy series and that he had sent a text message to head coach Andrew McDonald about it.

I don’t think Warner will come back to Australia. If you want to play for Australia, you have to promise to play in the route. Then Australia needs to make a promise about its future. Are you guys ready to go? Are we going to go somewhere else?

“He found his Baggy Green and wants to wear it again.” How did this happen? I’d like to know if he was just doing interviews and someone asked him, “Would you consider coming back and filling that hole at the top or not?” and he said, “Oh yeah, I’d do that.” Healy said on SEN Radio, “It was either funny or he answered a question by saying, ‘Yeah, I’d do that for them.'”

Australia was looking for a new opener to pair with Usman Khawaja since Steve Smith, who came in for Warner for a short time, moved back to number four. Healy said he would put Mitch Marsh in the middle and bat-wicketkeeper Josh Inglis at number six.

“I’m going to wait another week before I pick him up.” I’d like to see him run that way more often. I’m interested, and I like the young man idea. However, if they have to use something else at this point, I will put Mitchell Marsh in at starter and Josh Inglis in at six.

“Why aren’t we picking Inglis? No other batsman has made back-to-back hundreds.” Josh Inglis in WA seems to be getting missed. When he hits, his arms are out. He hit two hundreds in a row, so he should make the team as a batsman.

At the end, Healy said that young opener Sam Konstas would be a good fit for the Test team in the future after he hit a good 43 against Victoria at the MCG in the Sheffield Shield. They will look at what they know about a person and decide if they are good enough to move on to the next level.

“This part, the guesswork and the close examination before selection is sometimes harder than playing when you get there.” It’s okay for you to take it easy. Just play with your new team, Australia. Yesterday, Sam Konstas made 43, which took a lot of work because the ground isn’t very good. Scott Boland is doing really well.

“He worked hard and got through a different kind of innings, which was good.” It’s said that he showed some courage. Are we looking for pluck? Would we rather have a little more faith or just a little more guts in the Australian team at this point? He should be able to make it. He could kill it if you just tell him to go for it and play naturally.
