NCS Counselor Kanchan Pandey of the Ministry of Labor and Employment told Local 18 that The New Holland Tractor Company has sought applications for apprentices on the posts of fitter, mechanist, tractor mechanic, diesel mechanic, motor mechanic, painter, and turner. 200 posts have been set for this in the company, of which 150 posts are for men and 50 posts are for female candidates.

What are the prescribed criteria?

The New Holland Company has fixed the criteria for recruitment to these posts, in which candidates holding different degrees can apply for different trades, while there is no requirement of any particular trade for women. The applicant should have passed ITI in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and his age should be between 18 to 24 years. Along with this, B. Tech candidates are also eligible to apply and the interested candidates who want to apply should weigh 55 kg and have a height of 5 feet 5 inches.
