The big telecom company said that the service is free in the area and that users don’t need to ask for it or download an app.

This AI-powered answer was created by Airtel’s own data scientists and uses a secret formula to label calls and SMS texts as “suspected spam.” Even though there are apps from antivirus and digital security companies that can find and stop spam and fake calls and messages, Airtel’s answer works on its own and doesn’t require any other downloads.
