The Halekai house in Colaba where Ratan Tata lived until his death is owned by Ewart Investments a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. The future of this property will be determined by Ewart. Ratan Tata was the architect behind both the Halekai house and the Alibaug bungalow but the future of the Alibaug property remains unknown.
