Material:
250 beetroot boiled
1 apple
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
250 ml vegetable stock
1 tablespoon cheese
salt as per taste
First of all, add beetroot, garlic, apple and vegetable stock in a grinder jar and make a paste.
– Put oil in a pan on medium flame and keep it to heat.
As soon as the oil is hot, add the paste and cook for some time.
– Add black pepper powder and salt and cook for 2 more minutes.
– After the stipulated time, turn off the flame and take out the soup in a bowl.
– Serve the prepared beetroot-apple soup by adding cheese and chaat masala. If you want, you can also add green coriander.
