This year the festival of Chhoti Diwali will be celebrated on 30 October 2024. Narak Chaturdashi will start from 01.16 pm on 30th October. It will end the next day on October 31 at 3.53 pm. This festival is celebrated in the evening. Therefore, it will be auspicious to light the lamp of Yama on 30th October only. Yama's lamp should be lit during Pradosh Kaal after sunset on Narak Chaturdashi.
