Ingredients required to make Peanut Chaat

One cup roasted peanuts,

an onion,
a tomato,
half cup cheese,
Half spoon chaat masala,
one spoon lemon juice,
some pomegranate seeds,
Half teaspoon black pepper powder,
black salt as per taste

How to make Peanut Chaat

First of all turn on the gas. Place a deep pan on the gas and roast one cup peanuts. After roasting, clean its peels. Crush the peanuts gently using a rolling pin. Keep in mind, the peanuts should not be finely chopped, just broken into two pieces. Transfer the roasted peanuts to a large bowl.

Now chop onion and tomato very finely. Now put them in the bowl with peanuts. After that, cut one chilli and small pieces of cheese and add it.

Now add one spoon chaat masala, one spoon lemon juice, half spoon black pepper powder, black salt as per taste and some pomegranate seeds to this mixture and mix well. Your peanut chaat is ready. Now enjoy it with hot tea.
