Pakistan cricket team's explosive batsman Fakhar Zaman may say goodbye to international cricket. This left-handed batsman has not been given a chance by Pakistan in the team for the Zimbabwe and Australia series. He was also dropped from the central contract, after which Fakhar Zaman was disappointed and decided to retire from international cricket. If Pakistan media is to be believed, this decision of PCB has shaken Fakhar Zaman to the core and now he can take the big step of retirement.

The biggest issue in Pakistan is why Fakhar Zaman was dropped. PCB informed that Fakhar Zaman had failed the fitness test after which this decision was taken. On the other hand, Fakhar's fans are alleging that taking Babar Azam's side costs this player heavily. After Babar Azam was dropped from the Test team, Fakhar Zaman expressed surprise at this decision on social media, after which PCB sent him a notice. After that Fakhar failed the fitness test, he was dropped from the team and now his name has disappeared from the central contract as well.

If media reports are to be believed, Fakhar Zaman will remain out of the Pakistani team for the next two months. He will have a fitness test again in January 2025 and only after passing it will he be able to get a place in the Pakistani team for the Champions Trophy. Let us tell you that this 34-year-old player could not complete the 2 km race in 8 minutes in the fitness test, after which he failed. It is being told that Fakhar has a knee injury, so he could not complete the 2 km race in the stipulated time. On the other hand, Usman Khan was given a central contract even though he could not complete the fitness test.
