Material
Gram flour – 2 bowls
Sugar – 3 bowls
Semolina – 1 bowl
Cardamom – a little bit
ghee and oil – As per requirement

Method

  1. Making boondi laddu is not very difficult. To make this, first of all mix 2 bowls of gram flour, 1 bowl of semolina and 1 bowl of sugar in a big bowl. Add a little saffron color to it and mix it well.
  2. Now turn on the gas and take a pan and add ghee or oil in it. Now take a puri strainer and add gram flour mixture into it and make round boondi and fry all the boondi and keep them in a vessel.
  3. Now place another pan on the gas and add 5 cups of water in it, then prepare the syrup by adding 2 bowls of sugar, some cardamom powder and a little color.
  4. When the syrup becomes thick, add boondi to the syrup and mix well. Now apply ghee on your hands and tie the laddu with boondi. Flavorful laddus are ready.
