Diwali will be celebrated at Vantangiya village by the UP CM

Excitement is in the air as Vantangiya village, Jungle Tikonia Number Three, prepares for the joyous Diwali festival. The residents of the hamlet, which is surrounded by Kusmhi forest, are occupied with painting, cleaning, and adorning their houses in anticipation of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s visit.

Since CM Yogi joins the community in celebrating Deepotsav, this yearly visit has grown to be a treasured custom. For the villages, this visit represents both joyous celebration and a close bond with the Chief Minister, transforming the occasion into a period of mutual appreciation and expectation.

The government is making preparations in Jungle Tikonia Number Three, and the villagers enthusiastically participate in, fostering a warm greeting from everyone.

On Thursday, October 31, the Chief Minister will go to the hamlet to celebrate Diwali, join the Vantangiya people in celebrating, and unveil development projects for gram panchayats around the district totaling Rs 185 crore.

CM Yogi would unveil drinking water projects of Rs 150 crore and 35 lakh, sponsored by Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural), in 42 villages at the Deepotsav in Vantangiya village.

He would also use the performance grant to start development projects in 32 gram panchayats, which will cost Rs 34 crore 66 lakh to accomplish.

Various ministries will erect booths during the Diwali festival to disseminate information about the government’s public welfare initiatives. In the meantime, the government and the people are working hard to be ready for the Chief Minister’s arrival.
