Riddhima confessed how she loves to eat and cannot do with diet fads. So what is Riddhima’s secret to fit and fab at 44?
Riddhima Kapoor swears by yoga. Even in the show one can see the yoga enthusiast her. Walking on the greens of Sunder Nursery in Delhi, she asks her fellow friends to click her as she poses was chakra asana and more (IFKYK)
“I don’t believe in diets, and I eat everything. I don’t deprive myself of anything.” She further adds she owes her slim and toned figure to her diligent yoga practice. “I have been doing yoga for the past 14 years, and that is the only workout I do. I don’t go to the gym, neither do I spend hours on cardio machines,” she mentions.
In one of the episodes she revealed how she calls chakra asana as NK pose after her mother Neetu Kapoor. This asana is otherwise to help with flexibility, agility and strength build up.
Yoga is an age old fitness practise that help to strengthen the body, make it flexible, agile and also inculcates a sense of calm and composure to body and soul.
