Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh who are embracing the joys of parenthood shared the first adorable glimpse of their baby girl. Alongside the photo they also revealed their daughter’s name and its beautiful meaning. On Instagram Deepika posted a picture showcasing her daughter’s tiny feet which appear to be dressed in an ethnic outfit. Revealing the name in the caption she wrote “Dua Padukone Singh | दुआ पादुकोण सिंह ‘Dua’: meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. The couple known for their on-screen chemistry in films like Ram-Leela Bajirao Mastani and 83 welcomed their baby girl just a day after Deepika was admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai. They announced the news in a joint Instagram post that read Welcome Baby Girl! 8.9.2024. The pair who married in an intimate ceremony in 2018 at Lake Como Italy had announced Deepikas pregnancy in February. Earlier this year rumours of her pregnancy circulated on social media after she was photographed covering her midsection at the 77th BAFTA Awards where she appeared as a presenter.
