2 pinches chilli flakes

120 grams pasta spaghetti

4 bread slices

1 pinch oregano

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Step 1

Add some oil to a frying pan on medium heat and add the ground chicken. Let it cook until it turns pink and becomes juicy. Next, add the spaghetti sauce to the chicken and keep stirring on low flame. Let it mix well with the chicken and cook.

Step 2

Meanwhile, place a pan of water on medium flame and add the spaghetti. Let it boil and stir it gently. Once boiling, add the spaghetti to the chicken mixture and mix well. Make sure the sauce coats the spaghetti evenly.

step 3

Place the bread slices on a flat surface and top 2 slices with chopped tomatoes along with the chicken-spaghetti mixture. Season with oregano and chili flakes and cover the stuffed slices with the other two slices of bread. Make sure that the stuffing does not fall out from any side.

step 4

Now, place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add some oil into it. When the oil is hot, add the stuffed sandwiches and cook until the bread slices become crisp and brown on both sides. Once done, transfer them to a plate and serve with a dip of your choice!
