Follow this step-by-step recipe to make this quick and easy cake recipe. So prepare this delicious cake recipe and enjoy its sweetness with your loved ones. 2 cups semolina

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup refined oil

1/4 cup water

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 cup tutti-frutti

Step 1 Add milk to semolina and let it settle

To make this delicious cake, take a bowl and add 2 cups of semolina along with 1 cup of milk. Keep it for 5 minutes so that the semolina absorbs the milk and swells. Use a strainer to sift the baking powder and baking soda before using.

Step 2 Mix all the ingredients well to prepare the batter

After 5 minutes, add sifted baking powder, baking soda, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla essence to the semolina. Mix well. Now add oil to the mixture and mix it using a whisk until all the ingredients are completely combined and a thick batter is formed. After that, if you feel that your batter is too thick, you can add some water to dilute its consistency.

Step 3 Pour the batter into the baking tray

Take a baking tray and apply oil on it. Now sprinkle flour on a tray and cover the base and sidewalls by tapping lightly. Pour the batter into a baking tray, place broken fruity cherries on top.

Step 4 Bake for 40 minutes

Preheat your oven for 5 minutes, set the temperature to 180°C. Place the cake batter tray in the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes.

Step 5 Let the cake cool at room temperature and serve.

After baking, check the cake using a toothpick. Press it in the middle, if it comes out clean then your cake is ready. Keep it for 30 minutes before eating.
