Neem leaves juice: boon for diabetes
Neem leaves have anti-diabetic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which help in controlling blood sugar. Drinking Neem leaves juice regularly increases insulin sensitivity and keeps blood sugar levels normal.
How to prepare neem leaves juice
Wash fresh neem leaves thoroughly. Put them in the mixer and add half a cup of water to it and grind them. Filter the juice and if you wish, you can add a little honey. Drink this juice immediately, because its nutrients may reduce with time.
Correct time and method of consumption
Consuming Neem leaves juice in the morning on an empty stomach is most effective. Due to this, the nutrients of the juice are completely absorbed in the body. By regularly consuming this juice, improvement in blood sugar level can be seen.
