1. Turmeric

2. Fenugreek seeds
If you drink fenugreek water daily, it will help a lot in controlling type-2 diabetes. This spice is rich in fiber which slows down the digestion process, which then controls the absorption of carbohydrates and sugar. For this, soak one spoon of fenugreek in a small bowl overnight and in the morning, filter it through a sieve and drink it.
3. Coriander Seeds:
Many researches have proved that coriander seeds help in increasing the secretion of insulin, as well as the carbohydrates found in it improve the body's metabolism and hypoglycemic process, thereby keeping the blood sugar level under control. Eating coriander seeds improves the digestive system, which is very important for diabetic patients. To use it, put one spoon of coriander seeds in a glass of water before sleeping at night and after waking up in the morning, filter this water and drink it.
4. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is no less than a medicine for diabetic patients, because it not only controls the blood sugar level but also does not allow bad cholesterol to accumulate in the blood. If you want to consume it, heat a glass of milk and then add a pinch of cinnamon powder to it and drink it.
