1 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tablespoon ginger
salt as required
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
chilli flakes as required

To make this delicious soup recipe, start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips. Then, place a non-stick pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add the chicken strips and fry them for a minute or two.

Cook the chicken strips until they are soft and then add the coconut cream. Mix well and then add water to the pan and let the mixture boil. Lower the flame and then add the lemon juice, fish sauce and ginger to the pan. Season well with salt and pepper flakes. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients well.
