The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Uttarakhand government and others, including a medical college, to respond to a petition filed by four medical students seeking a refund of approximately Rs 18 lakh each. Despite a slight improvement, Delhi’s air quality remained in the “very poor” category on Wednesday.
