A video of Indian singer and rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has gone viral on social media where he is seen singing the famous Siraiki song “Bismillah Karaan”. What caught the most attention in the video was that Honey Singh credited the original singer of the song, Pakistani artist Nadeem Abbas while performing the track and acknowledging him in front of the audience.

The gesture of giving credit to Nadeem Abbas has been appreciated by fans on social media. They praised Honey Singh for acknowledging the Pakistani singer, a rare occurrence given the history of Bollywood artists adopting Pakistani songs without giving credit to the original creators.

Nadeem Abbas Loneywala had released an album titled “Nadeem Abbas Loneywala ke Udaas Gane” which included “Bismillah Karaan” in 2015.
