Dengue: Cases of mosquito-borne disease dengue are increasing rapidly in many states of the country, including Maharashtra and Delhi. According to the report of the Union Health Ministry, the symptoms of dengue usually last for two to seven days, but in severe cases it can extend for longer time. This can cause problems like headache, severe pain behind the eyes (retro-orbital pain), skin rashes, and bleeding.
