Fans come out in support of Shah Rukh Khan's decision to not greet his fans on birthday amid death threats: 'It's becoming clear to SRKians...'
Shah Rukh Khan greets his fans from the balcony of his residence, Mannat, every year on his birthday. Pictures of King Khan blowing kisses and greeting his sea of fans gathered in front of his house are a popular sight on the internet.
However, on November 2 this year, when SRK turned 59, he chose not to greet his fans from the balcony, sparking a wave of discussion on social media. Fans ultimately defended the actor’s decision, understanding that a recent death threat against him may have influenced his absence.
Many well-wishers were curious as to why the 'Jawan' actor didn’t step out to greet his fans at Mannat.

One Twitter user responded, “I want no one f**king complaining about him not coming out on 2nd Nov.” Another added, “Fans who truly care about @iamsrk must understand that he couldn’t come out due to threats against him. He would be a sitting duck on that balcony if he did.” Finally, a fan remarked, “It’s becoming clear to SRKians that it was probably the best decision for SRK not to come out on his birthday.” Fans ultimately agreed that his safety is paramount.
Mumbai Police have registered a case following the death threat against Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. A call was made to a police landline in Bandra, with the unidentified caller reportedly demanding Rs 50 lakh and threatening to kill Shah Rukh. The Bandra Police, in collaboration with the Cyber Police, has launched a full investigation to identify the caller.
This incident comes on the heels of another recent threat against actor Salman Khan . On November 5, it was reported that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had issued a threat to the actor, demanding he either apologize or pay Rs 5 crore for his safety.
