UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Exam 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the exam schedule for the Combined Geo-Scientist Exam 2025, candidates appearing for this exam can download the exam schedule through the official website (upsc.gov.in).

The Combined Geo-Scientist Exam will be held on February 9, 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. Paper I will be held from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and Paper II from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

Selection will be made on so many posts.
Combined Geo-Scientist Exam Paper I consists of General Studies, which will be the same for all streams and Paper II consists of stream-specific subject papers. This recruitment drive aims to appoint 24 vacancies in Category I and 61 vacancies in Category II.

The main exam will be held on June 21 and 22, 2025. The main exam will be conducted at the following centers: Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Dispur (Guwahati), Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Shimla. Candidates can visit the official website for more information regarding the exam.

Exam Pattern
The UPSC Geo-Scientist selection process is based on the performance of the candidates in Preliminary, Main, and Interview. The Preliminary exam is worth 400 marks, the Main exam is of 600 marks, and the Interview is of 200 marks. Candidates should download and practice questions from UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist previous year's question papers.
