Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 vs Singham Again day 9 box office collection: Kartik Aaryans Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Rohit Shettys Singham Again were both released on November 1 on the special occasion of Diwali. The holiday season contributed to their box office success with the films collectively earning Rs 79 crore on their opening day. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 opened with Rs 35.5 crore while Singham Again saw a slightly higher first-day earning of Rs 43.5 crore. More than a week after their release the results are becoming clearer - Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 appears to have taken the lead over Singham Again. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is the third instalment in the popular horror-comedy franchise. The first part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa was released in 2007 followed by the second in 2022. In this film Vidya Balan returns as Manjulika after 17 years. The cast also includes Madhuri Dixit Tripti Dimri Sanjay Mishra and Vijay Raaz. Despite initially receiving fewer shows than the high-octane Singham Again the horror-comedy has held its own offering stiff competition to Rohit Shettys film. Show allocations for Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 were divided in a 60:40 ratio. According to Sacnilk Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 saw an overall occupancy of 35.98% across approximately 4255 shows in India on day 9. Reportedly made on a budget of Rs 150 crore the film has grossed Rs 183 crore domestically. On the other hand Rohit Shettys Singham Again a multi-starrer featuring Ajay Devgn Kareena Kapoor Deepika Padukone Ranveer Singh Akshay Kumar Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor has earned Rs 192.5 crore in its first nine days in India. On Saturday the movie earned around Rs 11.50 crore net in all languages as per the early estimates. Although Singham Again has higher box office numbers than Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Kartik Aaryans film is yielding more profit. While Singham Again is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 350 crore slightly less than its current earnings. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 made on a smaller budget has been more profitable relative to its production costs.
