Nag Ashwin surprised audiences with his magnum opus Kalki 2898 AD starring Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone. Now, according to a report by a news portal, the ace director is set to work with Alia Bhatt. Alia was last seen in Jigra alongside Vedang Raina.

Nag Ashwin to work with Alia Bhatt?According to the report, Alia will star in a female-led film by Nag Ashwin. The Mid Day report stated, “Ashwin has crafted a script focused on a powerful female lead—a character that demands emotional intensity and depth, which is tailor-made for Alia. While the storyline remains a closely guarded secret, the narrative will tackle themes of personal resilience and empowerment in a unique, contemporary setting.” Alia's Alpha shoot For the unversed, Alia is currently working on another female-led film, Alpha, which also stars Sharvari Wagh.
