The notification of the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test- 2025 will be released soon by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. Recently, Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar said in a post on his official X account that the detailed notification for REET 2025 will be released by November 25, 2024, and the application process will start from December 1, 2024. After the REET exam, bumper recruitment will come out on teacher posts in Rajasthan.

The Education Minister had said in his post that the REET exam will be conducted in February 2025. Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted every year for teacher recruitment in Level 1 class 1 to 5th and Level 2 classes 6 to 8th. Candidates successful in the exam can participate in the teacher recruitment process.

Rajasthan REET 2025: How many teacher posts are vacant?

According to media reports, 8596 posts of L-1 teachers and 5855 posts of L2 are vacant in Rajasthan. This number of vacant posts is till July 2024. After the result of the REET exam is declared, the process of filling the vacant posts of primary teacher will be started by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. The notification can likely be issued a few days after the release of the results. However, no official information has been issued by the board regarding teacher recruitment yet.

REET 2025: How many years does the REET certificate remain valid?

The certificate of REET exam has now been made valid for life. This rule was implemented last time only. Candidates who have done B.Ed-D.El.Ed can also register to appear in REET exam. 8 to 10 lakh candidates are expected to apply in REET 2025. Application has to be made by visiting the official website of Rajasthan Board rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
