In Uttar Pradesh's Badaun, a lover reached to meet his married girlfriend at midnight. But by mistake, he went and lay down on the bed of his girlfriend's sister-in-law. He thought that she was his girlfriend. Then as soon as he started molesting her, the sister-in-law raised an alarm. Hearing the noise, all the family members woke up. They beat up the young man badly. At that time, he ran away from there. But 6 days later, he ran away with his married girlfriend. The victim's family has lodged a report in the police station regarding this. But the police were also accused of negligence.

The family alleged that the youth had also tried to kill their elder son, with whose wife he was having an affair. Even then they went to the police station and filed a report. But the police did not take any action. Even now they have registered a case of only minor molestation. Whereas, the youth has run away with their daughter-in-law.

In this case, the SHO says that on the basis of the complaint, a report has been registered and an investigation has been started. He has not received any other complaint. If a complaint is received, then action will be taken after investigation.

What is the whole matter?

The case is of the Ughaiti police station area. The family said- The young man living here had a love affair with our elder daughter-in-law for the last two years. He came to our house at night to meet her many times and was also caught. But the police did not take any action even once, due to which his courage increased. On the night of November 5, at around 1.30 am, the young man again reached the house through the roof to meet our daughter-in-law. But by mistake, he reached the bed of our younger daughter-in-law. When he started molesting her in the dark, she woke up and made noise. The family members woke up. During this time, the young man took the opportunity and ran away.

Accusation by the married woman's husband

The married woman's husband alleges that he gave a complaint to the police but no action was taken. He said- On Friday, the accused tried to kill me by hitting me with a pickup truck. I also told the police about this. Still no action was taken. Now he has fled with my wife. Seeing itself cornered, the police registered a report under the section of molestation but no report has been registered for an attempt to murder and running away with the woman.

Station in charge Rajesh Kaushish said- We are investigating the matter thoroughly. An FIR has been registered as per the complaint. We are searching for the accused. Investigation is going on in the case.
