Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made a big claim about Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. He has said that Khamenei is afraid of the people of his own country. Khamenei posted a video on the social media platform X and said that Khamenei is more afraid of the people of Iran than Israel.
Netanyahu said they spend so much money to break your dreams and your hopes. But don't let your dreams die. Don't lose hope and believe that Israel and the world are with you. Netanyahu had posted a similar video a few weeks ago, which went viral.
The Israeli Prime Minister said, when I last spoke to you, Khamenei had fired hundreds of missiles on my country, which cost more than $2.3 billion. Imagine, he wasted your precious money for such an attack. Netanyahu said that these attacks caused minor damage to Israel, but by not doing so, Khamenei could have saved your precious money. That money could have been used for your education. But instead Khamenei exposed the cruelty of the regime and turned the world against the country.
PM Netanyahu further said that children can get world-class education in an independent Iran. People can get good health facilities. Clean drinking water can be available. Netanyahu pointed to Israel's technology as an example. He expressed his willingness to help rebuild Iran's crumbling infrastructure.
There has been tension between Iran and Israel for the past several months. Both countries have attacked each other several times. The latest attack was carried out by Israel on Iran. This attack took place on 26 October. Iran called the Israeli attack an attack on Iranian sovereignty.
At the same time, Israel has warned Iran that if it attacks again, it will also target those bases which were left untouched in the attack of 26 October. Iran has not yet responded to the attack. But it is being said that it has also started big preparations for war with Israel.
According to state media, Iran is building the country's first defensive tunnel. Earlier last year, there were reports of Iran building underground shelters and bunkers.
