Because of his tremendous fame, television actor Kushal Tandon often recommends products. Now, he has come out on Instagram to admit that he worked with the fraudulent energy drink company Sky63. He reveals that the brand defrauded him of over Rs 1.5 crore. Kushal also said that the company owners had not paid him Rs 10 lakh for an Instagram clip in a previous post that he subsequently removed. ‘False assurances, countless justifications, and hollow promises’ about his money were provided, the actor complains.
On his official Instagram account, Kushal Tandon posted a picture of the owner of the energy drink company and warned everyone about it. Kushal added, “ALERT: FRAUD WARNING—SKY63 ENERGY DRINK,” as a caption. I was supposed to pay 10 lacs for a reel; however, there was a swindle of about 1.5 crore. To all artists, influencers, and companies in the industry: avoid interacting with @ Tanishchhajed04, the purported owner of Sky63 Energy Drink, as well as the brand manager we spoke with, tanish_chhajed @roshaangarry. Numerous well-known influencers and celebrities worked with this firm in good faith, yet they were left pursuing outstanding debts incessantly.
According to Kushal, the delays resulted from unfulfilled promises and returned checks. “After commitments were made and deliverables met, the payments issued in the form of checks have repeatedly bounced, showing a blatant lack of accountability,” he said.
According to Kushal, he received a lot of excuses, hollow promises, and false pledges for more than two months. “It is now evident that the intention to pay has never been sincere, and this is not just insulting but also unprofessional. The evidence is indisputable. He said, “It’s time to expose this behavior and ensure that others are not duped by the same dishonest tactics.”
In an Instagram story posted a few weeks ago, Kushal Tandon accused the energy drink business of not paying him for his endorsement of the beverage. The actor asked the business in the message how much money he would get for promoting the brand.
“@aymanentertainment @sky63_edrink, when can I get my payment?” Kushal commented with a photo of the Sky 63 Energy Drink page. I received a check from @aymanentertainment, but I haven’t received my money for the last two months. No artist has been paid, and they are all circling the issue since it bounced. (sic)
On social media, the tale went viral. But after a few minutes, Kushal Tandon removed the same.
