In her eye-opening video, she admits to being just as surprised by the . She explained: "This is a life hack you guys need to see. I hate grating cheese, and everyone is trying to find alternatives to these, however, I've been doing it wrong all of my life. Check this out."

She goes on to describe how most people grate cheese in an "annoying" fashion, gripping the handle at the top, and sliding the cheese up and down the longest side of the grater.
The best way to do it, according to Naveen, is to lay the grater on its side, which she says is "much easier". Plus, this method conveniently collects the grated cheese inside the grater, making it easy to transfer afterwards.
Labelled as a nifty little trick, viewers were stunned they hadn't come across it sooner. Since being posted, the video has racked up hundreds of views and sparked a flurry of comments.
While some were in the know about the trick, it was a shocking revelation for many. Opinions on the hack, however, were split.
One user exclaimed, "Eh, been doing that forever!" Meanwhile, another shared: "We knew flower. Even better - do it in the food processor, and stick it in the fridge."
A third expressed their appreciation, commenting: "I've been doing it wrong too." Someone else added: "Genius. I hate grating cheese."
Yet, there were some who preferred skipping the process altogether, suggesting it's simpler to just buy pre-grated cheese. Though it might take away from the fun for some, others regarded it as more convenient.
One such person advised: "Neither is easy. Just buy shredded cheese - that's my life hack." Another wrote: "Buy it grated already. Job's a gooden'!"
