Delhi's Round Avenue Court on Thursday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan. Along with this, the court issued orders to release the Okhla MLA of Delhi. The court has issued this order in the money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Waqf Board case. Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that with this all the AAP leaders came out.

Court's Special Judge Jitendra Singh has granted bail to Amanatullah Khan on a bond of Rs 1 lakh in the money laundering case related to Delhi Waqf Board. Along with this, he refused to take cognizance of the charge sheet filed against Amanatullah Khan. At the same time, Arvind Kejriwal has made a scathing attack on BJP regarding this without taking its name. He said, 'If someone had done something wrong, he would have gone to his party by now.'

Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said in a post on his Facebook page, 'Today Amanat was also released. If anyone had done something wrong, he would have joined their party by now. He wrote that all the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party are honest and courageous. Meanwhile, AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said on the party leader's bail, 'Once again Modi's false case has been exposed.'

AAP leader Sanjay Singh has made a direct attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi after party MLA Amanatullah Khan got bail. He wrote on his ex that, 'Once again Modi's false case has been exposed. Poor Modi ji has tried all his tricks but could not destroy Arvind Kejriwal and AAP. He said that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is a monkey dancing at the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.


ED had arrested Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan on September 2. The central agency had detained him after searching his residence in Okhla area of ​​Delhi. A case was registered against him under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The ED had filed the first supplementary prosecution complaint of 110 pages on October 29.
