1) First of all, sit on the edge of your bed with your feet on the ground. Sit with your legs slightly open. Now press the feet on the floor. Now bend the body forward until your head and torso are gently supported between your legs. Take deep breaths during this time.

2) Now sit on the bed and stretch your legs forward. Bend your torso forward over your legs. And take a deep breath. Initially, place a pillow under your forehead or knees.

3) To do this asana, start with your hands and knees. To do this, sit in Vajrasana and spread your hands towards the front. Now let the lower part rest on the heel. Let your body weight rest on the bed. Then take a deep breath.

4) To do this, lie down with your head facing the headboard and take your lower back as close to the headboard as possible. Spread your legs up to the headboard, so that your feet are comfortably above them. Remain in this position for some time.

5) Now lie down on your back on the bed and slowly close your eyes. Relax your neck and shoulders, then move your legs slightly. Leave your shoulders and arms open. Leave your tongue and jaw loose. Bring your body to a state of calm then take deep breaths.
