IPL 2025 Mega Auction: On Friday, the BCCI revealed the list of 575 players who will participate in the November 24 and 25 IPL 2025 Mega Auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
366 Indian players and 208 foreign players, including three from associate nations, make up the chosen group.
Twelve uncapped international players and 318 Indian uncapped players will be up for sale during the auction. There are still up to 204 spots available on each of the ten organizations’ rosters.
There are 70 spots available for players from other countries, and the maximum reserve fee is INR 2 crore, with 81 participants choosing to be in the top bracket.
The list includes both bright young players and a handful of seasoned professionals.

The IPL 2025 Mega Auction’s oldest players
The oldest player to register for the IPL 2025 big auction is England’s renowned bowler James Anderson, who is poised to try his first IPL outing.
Along with Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi, England’s Jamie Overton, and former Royal Challengers Bengaluru captain Faf Du Plessis, only three other cricket players over 40 have made the list.
David Warner and Ravichandran Ashwin, who won the World Cup with their respective teams, are next on the list and will be up for sale at the age of 38.

In the IPL 2025 Mega Auction, the youngest players
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, a 13-year-old prodigy from Bihar, is the youngest player in 16 years to ever enter the IPL auction list.
When he became the youngest batter to ever achieve an international century in a Youth Test match for India Under-19 versus Australia U-19 in Chennai, he shot to fame.
At 17, Mumbai’s Ayush Mhatre is the second-youngest player in the IPL 2025 auction. He just made his Ranji Trophy debut and has since struck two tons.
