A shocking case has come to light from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where a person died due to drowning in water. The body of the deceased was taken to the Community Health Center for post-mortem. There the medical office placed a demand of Rs 40 thousand in exchange for post-mortem. The family members of the deceased complained about this to the Lokayukta in Indar. When the Lokayukta police caught the accused doctor, he started shouting that he was being framed. However, later when the phone recording was played to him, he calmed down.

According to the information, this entire matter is from Kallipura of Jhabua. Where a person named Dinesh Makwana complained to the Lokayukta Police of Indore against the Medical Officer of Kalyanpura, Dr. Arpit Kumar. Dinesh told in his complaint that Dr. Arpit Kumar Nayak is demanding Rs 40,000 in exchange for conducting the post-mortem of his cousin. He further told that his cousin Ramesh father Kalusingh had died due to drowning on October 29.

Earlier they had asked for 50 thousand

After Ramesh's death, his body was taken to the Community Health Center of Kalyanpura for post-mortem. Where Dr. Arpit Kumar told his family that the family of the person who drowned gets an assistance of Rs 4 lakh from the government. Doctor Arpit said that he will write death due to drowning in the post mortem report only if he gives him Rs 50 thousand. However, after negotiation he agreed for Rs 40 thousand. The women of Ramesh's house had even mortgaged their jewelery to arrange the money.

There was a hint of complaint

An agreement was reached between the two regarding the transaction. Dr. Arpit said that he will give the report to the PM after 15 days. Meanwhile, Ramesh's family complained to the Lokayukta. After this a trap was laid. However, the doctor became suspicious of the complaint, so when the family members gave him the money, he did not accept it. However, when the Lokayukta played the call recording to the accused doctor, he calmed down. After this the Lokayukta took action.
