The 30-year-old is currently thriving on the Strictly Come Dancing alongside Michelle Tsiakkas. With his time fully filled with training for the BBC competition and working on EastEnders, Jamie revealed he has no interest in taking part in other shows for the time being.

"For the minute, I'm in a good place on and ," the soap star exclusively told Express.co.uk at the Pride of Britain Awards.

However, Michelle suggested Jamie would want to take part in I'm A Celebrity, a remark he immediately shut down.

"No I don't," Jamie declared. "I would not do that show for all the money in the world."

While the actor hasn't been approached about doing the show before, Jamie warned ITV bosses to keep it that way.

He added: "And I'm saying it now, don't ever offer it to me because I won't ever do it."

Explaining why he wouldn't want to appear on the show, Jamie said: I don't even want to go to Australia. I just don't want to sit on a plane for 24 hours. I don't like being away from home. The jungle is not for me. Never, ever."

The new series of I'm A Celebrity kicks off this evening (November 17), with returning to Australia for the 24th series.

Arriving in the jungle tonight will be former N-Dubz singer Tulisa, Dancing on Ice judge Oti Mabuse and star Alan Halsall. , McFly singer Danny Jones and star Jane Moore are also among the famous faces taking part.

Rounding out this year's lineup is legendary sportsman Barry McGuigan and BBC Radio 1 DJ's Melvin Odoom and Dean McCullough.

Coleen, the wife of former Manchester United and England footballer Wayne Rooney, has reportedly been offered the biggest deal i'm I'm A Celeb history, with the TV personality believed to be raking in an eye-watering £5,000,000.

The 38-year-old WAG has been asked to do the show several times, but has always turned it down.

Ahead of her stint in the jungle, Coleen explained why this is the right time for her to sign up.

She said: "Over the years, there have been different things going on in my life and also, my children have been really young. But they are at an age now where I can go away for this length of time.

"I also feel it's time to have a challenge for me and do something different. It has taken many, many years but I'm finally doing it. And I have always said if I was going to do one - then it would be this show. I think it will be good for me."
