Methi Cutlet Recipe: The winter season has started and in this season one often feels like eating something salty along with hot tea. In this season, one can see maximum abundance of green vegetables. Apart from fenugreek and spinach, many greens are available in the market. If you also want to keep yourself healthy in this season, then you can make fenugreek dish. Although everyone likes to eat fenugreek parathas and puris, today we can give you information about making a new dish of fenugreek.

Here these ingredients will be required to make Methi Cutlet.
Fenugreek – finely chopped
ginger-garlic paste
Potatoes – Boiled
Spices- as required
pieces of bread
corn flour
Let us tell you that here you can make fenugreek cutlets with all these ingredients.
1- First of all, heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
2-Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli and sauté for 1 minute.
3- Add finely chopped fenugreek in the pan and fry it on medium flame. Do not cook fenugreek with a lid, it may cause it to release water.
Now mash the potatoes in the same pan.
4- Add chopped cashews, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala and mix. All the spices should be mixed together well.
5-If the mixture seems wet with water, add more bread crumbs or a spoonful of gram flour for better binding.
6-Turn off the flame and let it cool down a bit. Put breadcrumbs in a plate and also prepare corn flour solution.
7- Take some of the mixture in your hand and make a ball. First dip this ball in corn flour solution and then wrap it well in breadcrumbs and keep it in a plate. Prepare all the balls in the same manner.
