Canadian police found debris from an unidentified flying object (UFO) that had been taken down by US near Lake Huron, according to recently released documents. The UFO was taken down by a US F-16 fighter jet on February 12, 2023. This was the third incident of UFO to have occurred in North America in early 2023.According to documents obtained through a freedom of information request from CTVNews.ca, the "wreckage" was discovered on the 'shoreline of Lake Huron'. This was just weeks after the search operations were officially suspended by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
"Following reports of unidentified aerial objects observed in the Great Lakes area and elsewhere in North America, multiple searches were conducted by the RCMP with the support of the Canadian Armed Forces," said an RCMP spokesperson in a statement to CTVNews.ca."Debris has been recovered from the shores of Lake Huron but after careful analysis, it was determined not to be of national security concern," the spokesperson added.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police worked with the American and Canadian Coast Guard on a brief search , and then ended it "due to several factors including deteriorating weather and the low probability of recovery." The US fighter jet shot twice at the UFO, hitting it with one missile before it crashed down into Canadian waters.According to the documents obtained by the news outlet, a RCMP staff told a Canadian military general in a email that "the module is from a company who sells weather monitoring equipment."All of the UFO events in February 2023 took place immediately after the US Military crashed a Chinese surveillance balloon on February 4.
