RRB ALP 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the exam city intimation slip for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) exam to be held on November 25. Candidates who have registered for the exam can download the city intimation slip by visiting the official websites of RRB.

To access the city intimation slip, candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth. After this, candidates will be able to know in which city their exam will be held.

City slip will be released today for the exam on November 26
It is worth noting that at present the city intimation slip has been issued only for the exam to be held on November 25. The recruitment board will release the city slip for the November 26 exam on November 16, i.e. today.

The official notification states, "For candidates with exam dates on November 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2024, City Intimation Slips will be activated on November 16, 17, 18, and 19, 2024 respectively. Candidates whose City Intimation Slips have been activated are being sent SMS and emails on the registered ID used during the application process."

Candidates will have to go through the following five stages to become an Assistant Loco Pilot:

CBT Phase I

CBT Phase II

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)

Document Verification

Medical Test

RRB ALP Syllabus: Exam Syllabus
CBT Phase I

The syllabus of CBT Phase I consists of four subjects:

General Awareness

Mathematics

Mental Ability

General Science

The exam consists of objective questions with multiple-choice answers.

CBT Stage II
The syllabus for CBT Stage II is divided into two parts:

Part A: Covers subjects such as mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning, and basic science and engineering.

Part B: Aptitude in nature, this part includes questions from various trade subjects.

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
The third stage of the selection process is the CBAT, which evaluates the cognitive abilities and decision-making skills of the candidates. Candidates must score at least 42 marks to pass this stage. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RRB website for updates and further instructions.
