Eating almonds regularly is very beneficial for eyes, heart, skin and brain. The amount of fiber in almonds is also very high, which is considered right for improving the digestive system.
If you talk about the nutrition present in almonds, then 100 grams of almonds contain about 576 calories. It contains 49 grams of fat, one milligram of sodium and 105 mg of potassium. Apart from this, it contains 12 grams of fiber and 3.9 grams of sugar. Every 100 grams of almonds contains 20 percent iron, 26 percent calcium, 5 percent vitamin B6 and 67 percent magnesium. At the same time, about 21 grams of protein is present in 100 grams of almonds.
