• Candidates must have been born on April 2, 1990, or later.

• Applicants ought to be in good physical and mental condition.

• In order to study in Japan, scholars need to enter the country with a student visa.

• MEXT calculates a minimum CGPA of 2.30 out of 3.00.

• Candidates for English-medium programs must either have earned a prior degree in English or have English ability at the CEFR B2 level.
