Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra visited the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain , Madhya Pradesh. They paid their homage to Baba Mahakal (Lord Shiva) and took part in the Bhog Aarti.

Sitting in the Karthikeya Mandapam of the temple, the actress and her husband were seen completely immersed in the waves of spirituality. The Bollywood couple was joined by ‘Anupama’ fame star Sudhansu Pandey. After the Aarti, the couple headed toward the gate of the sanctum temple.

The actress was seen clad in a vibrant pink suit with a blue dupatta. Center parting with sindoor and manga sutra added to her traditional look. Her husband opted for a light-hued kurta pajama.

“I am feeling very happy that I came here and offered prayers at this Mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga. There is an amazing energy here. I got the opportunity to visit the temple after 18 years," Shilpa Shetty told ANI after paying homage at the temple.

"The prayer will be incomplete without visiting Kal Bhairav temple after coming to Ujjain, therefore I came here and worshipped the lord. I felt very good after visiting here," she added talking about her experience.
