Here the World Toilet Organization started efforts to provide global recognition to this day. Only after this, in 2007, Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSanA) supported celebrating Toilet Day across the world. After this, the Sanitation for All proposal was presented to further raise awareness about the global challenge of sanitation and toilets. In 2013, World Toilet Day was declared an official United Nations day. In India, this Toilet Day was started in 2001 on 19th November.

1- Use clean toilet
If you use the toilet here day or night or anytime, make sure it is clean. Public toilets are also full of dirt, hence one should not use dirty toilets even by mistake. It gives rise to many serious diseases.
2-Do not defecate after eating
If you go to the toilet immediately after eating food, it is harmful for you. The body of people having this kind of habit remains thin and they always feel tired.
3-Do not drink tea before going to toilet.
One should not consume tea before using the toilet here. Many people here often believe that it is easier to go to the toilet after drinking tea. This habit is a wrong habit because the amount of acid in the body is very high in the morning. In such a situation, tea increases the acid in the body, which increases the body temperature and even harms the stomach. Therefore this should be taken care of.
